AMP Solar Prepayment Project Revenue Bonds
AMP has entered into a solar power purchase agreement (PPA) with DG AMP Solar, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources, pursuant to which DG AMP Solar developed, constructed, and operates solar electric generation facilities.
About AMP Solar Phase II
American Municipal Power, Inc. (AMP) purchases all output from the systems and sells the output to 22 participating Members pursuant to a take-and-pay power sales contract.
There are 16 systems in the project, with a total rated capacity of approximately 58.325 MW, located in Delaware, Michigan, Ohio and Virginia.
